We believe in fair and transparent refund policies. This Refunds Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be available, the refund process, and important information about non-refundable items.

1. SG Arrival Card Service
The SG Arrival Card is provided as a free assistance service to help travelers prepare for entry into Singapore. We do not charge processing fees for completing or submitting the SG Arrival Card form. If any unexpected charges appear related to this service, please contact us immediately at sg@visa.org.sg for clarification and resolution.
2. Visa Application Processing
Visa applications are processed according to the timelines provided at the time of application submission. Please note the following regarding payments:
- Processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to immigration authorities
- Application rejections are final and non-refundable decisions
- Visa denials do not entitle applicants to refunds regardless of reasons
- Changes to visa requirements after application submission do not warrant refunds
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available in the following limited situations:
Payment Errors
Duplicate charges or payments made in error to our account
Technical Failures
Refunds may be issued if our system fails to deliver promised services before payment processing
Service Cancellation Before Processing
Cancellations requested before your application has been submitted to immigration authorities may be eligible for refunds
Unauthorized Transactions
Charges resulting from fraud or unauthorized use of your payment method
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your application reference number (if applicable)
- Transaction ID from your payment receipt
- Detailed reason for your refund request
- Any supporting documentation (payment confirmation, error screenshots, etc.)
- Your preferred contact method and availability

Response Time: We will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days with a decision and next steps.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Request Submission
Send your refund request to our support team with all required information
Review and Investigation (7-10 business days)
We will review your request and investigate the circumstances of your request
Decision Communication
We will inform you of our refund decision via email or your preferred contact method
Processing and Disbursement (7-14 business days)
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect the refund in your account
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following charges and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Processing fees once your application has been submitted to Singapore immigration authorities
- Service fees for fully completed services
- Visa processing fees charged by immigration authorities
- Travel insurance or third-party services purchased separately
- Changes to travel plans beyond our control
- Applications rejected by immigration authorities for any reason
- Expedited processing fees (non-refundable once processing begins)
7. What If My Refund Hasn't Arrived?
If your approved refund has not appeared in your account after 14 business days:
- Contact your bank or payment provider first, as delays may occur on their end
- Provide them with our refund confirmation number and processing date
- If your bank cannot locate the refund, contact us again with your bank's reference number
- We will investigate the matter and work with your financial institution to resolve the issue
8. Disputes and Appeals
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may submit an appeal within 30 days of receiving our decision. Your appeal should include any new evidence or information that supports your request. We will conduct a final review and communicate our decision within 10 business days.
