A Singapore tourist visa service for Armenian passport holders

This page is written for people who hold an Armenian passport and are planning a short tourist visit to Singapore. It brings together what most applicants want to know before they start: which documents to prepare, what our service costs, how long processing is estimated to take, and what happens if plans change.

Singapore’s Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) lists Armenia among the countries whose travel-document holders need a valid visa to enter Singapore. ICA’s page for Armenia notes that holders of diplomatic passports do not need a visa. Entry rules can change, so please confirm the current position with ICA before you commit to non-refundable travel arrangements.

We are a private visa application service. We are not the Singapore Government and we do not make visa decisions. We help you understand the requirements, prepare your documents and work through the application process, while Singapore’s authorities decide every application. Nothing on this page promises approval.

What our tourist visa service covers

  • Requirements guidance

A clear checklist of the documents and details we need for each traveller, written for applicants who have not applied before.

  • Application review

Our team reviews your application and supporting documents and contacts you by email if a correction or an additional document is needed.

  • Processing and submission

Once your application is complete and verified, we process it and submit it through the applicable Singapore visa application channel.

  • Delivery of the outcome

If your application is approved, the Singapore e-Visa is sent electronically to the email address on your application.

The most useful thing you can do is to have your travel documents ready and consistent before you apply. Mismatched passport details, an unsuitable photograph or missing booking evidence can all slow an application down, and each of them is easy to avoid with a little preparation.

Who can apply through our service

Our tourist visa service is currently available to holders of ordinary Armenian passports, as one of the ten passport nationalities we support. The groups below explain how the service applies to different travellers.

  • Armenian passport holders

You need a valid Armenian passport. This page covers ordinary passports; if you hold a different type of travel document, please check the position with us before you rely on this page.

  • Adult travellers

Every adult completes their own application and provides their own documents, even when travelling with a partner or friends.

  • Children

A child travelling with parents or guardians needs an individual application and an individual passport. A parent or guardian prepares the child’s details and photograph.

  • Individual travellers

If you are travelling alone, you submit one application with one set of documents.

  • Families

A family prepares one application per family member. You can gather the documents together, but each traveller’s details must match their own passport.

Set by Singapore (ICA)

  • Every traveller must hold a valid, individually issued travel document. Collective travel documents are not accepted.
  • Your passport must have at least six months’ validity from your date of entry into Singapore.
  • ICA generally advises applying for an entry visa within 30 days before your arrival in Singapore.
  • Visa decisions, and the final decision to admit you at the checkpoint, are made by the Singapore authorities.

Set by our service

  • The document checklist, including the hotel and travel-ticket standards described below.
  • The ten supported passport nationalities, of which Armenia is one.
  • Our fees, processing options and cancellation and refund rules.
  • Our online application process, which is not open yet.

We do not promise acceptance of every applicant. Meeting our checklist helps us prepare a complete application, but it does not guarantee that a visa will be granted.

Documents required for your application

The checklist below matches the one on our requirements page. Each item is labelled to show whether it is our own service requirement or follows ICA guidance. Additional documents may be requested depending on your individual circumstances.

  1. Our service requirement

    Completed online application

A separate application is completed for every traveller, including children. All personal information must match the applicant’s passport and supporting documents.

  2. Based on ICA entry requirements

    Valid passport

A clear, full-colour scan of the passport biodata page, showing your photograph, full name, passport number and other identifying details.

Your passport must have at least six months’ validity from your intended date of arrival in Singapore.

  3. Our service requirement

    Hotel reservation

A confirmed hotel reservation covering at least three nights of your planned visit. For applications processed through our service, we accept reservations from hotels rated three stars or higher.

We do not currently accept Airbnb bookings, private invitations from friends or relatives, or company invitations in place of the hotel reservation. This is our own submission standard, not a rule that applies to every visa application in general.

  4. Our service requirement

    Travel tickets

Confirmed inbound and outbound tickets, or booking confirmations showing your planned arrival in and departure from Singapore.

Depending on your itinerary, these can be flight, train or bus reservations.

  5. Our service requirement · depends on your circumstances

    Employment or business documents

If you are employed, a recent employment certificate or a letter from your employer confirming your employment.

If you are self-employed or own a business, an appropriate business registration document or trade licence.

  6. Photo must meet ICA requirements

    Recent colour passport photograph

A recent, high-quality colour passport photograph for each applicant, clearly showing the face and meeting the applicable Singapore visa photograph requirements.

Annotated samples of a passport biodata page and a correct passport photograph are available on our requirements page.

No single document guarantees approval. Singapore’s authorities consider each application on its own facts and may ask for more information.

Singapore visa fees for Armenian citizens

Our fees are final, all-inclusive prices in US dollars (USD), stated per applicant. Each price includes the ICA government visa fee and our professional service charge, and the two are not shown as separate amounts. The table lists the normal and express options for Armenian passport holders.

Singapore tourist visa fees in US dollars for Armenian passport holders, by requested entry type and service
Requested entry typeNormal service5–7 working daysExpress service3–5 days
Single-entry$130 USD$180 USD
Double-entry$140 USD$190 USD
Multiple-entry$170 USD$220 USD

USD per applicant

How to read these prices

  • Prices are per applicant. Every traveller, including each child, has their own application, and we have not established a separate children’s rate.
  • The entry type is the type you request. The Singapore authorities decide the entry type, validity and conditions of any visa they grant, and choosing a particular entry type does not guarantee that it will be granted.
  • The amounts in the table are the final per-applicant prices in USD for this service. The government fee and our service charge are not listed as separate amounts.

Normal and express processing

We offer two service options. Both are estimates of how long our processing is expected to take once your application is complete, and neither is a guaranteed completion date.

Normal service

Estimated processing time

5–7 working days

The standard option, suited to travellers who have planned ahead and have their documents ready.

Express service

Estimated processing time

3–5 days

A shorter estimated timeframe for travellers on a tighter schedule, at a higher price. It describes our service option; it does not oblige ICA or any other authority to decide faster.

  • Prepare early

Estimated times start once your application is complete. If a document needs correcting, the clock effectively waits for you. ICA advises applying within 30 days before arrival, so gather your documents well before that window and plan the submission date with us.

  • Estimates are not guarantees

Actual processing times can vary with the application and with immigration requirements. Some applications take longer than the estimate.

  • Additional checks can affect timing

The relevant authorities may ask for more information or carry out further checks. A request for additional documents will extend the overall timeline.

How the application process works

This is the process we are building. The online application is not open yet, so the later steps describe how it will work once it launches.

  1. Step 1

    Prepare your information and documents

Use the checklist above to gather your passport scan, photograph, hotel reservation, travel tickets and any employment or business documents. You can do this today.

  2. Step 2

    Complete the online application

Once the service is available, you will fill in an application for each traveller. Every detail must match the passport and supporting documents.

  3. Step 3

    Submit documents and pay

Through the future application process, you will upload your documents and pay online for your chosen service option. Payment is not possible on this website yet.

  4. Step 4

We review the submitted information and documents. If a correction or additional document is needed, we contact you using the email address on your application.

  5. Step 5

    Processing and submission

When your documents are complete and verified, we process the application and submit it through the applicable Singapore visa application channel.

  6. Step 6

    Receive the outcome

If approved, the e-Visa is delivered to your email address. If refused, we tell you and pass on any refusal notification made available to us.

There is no live application form or checkout on this website yet. Until it launches, use this page and our requirements page to prepare.

Preparing your passport and photograph

Most avoidable delays start with the passport scan or the photograph, so it is worth getting both right before you apply. The first point below comes from ICA’s entry guidance; the rest describes our own submission standards.

Based on ICA entry requirements

Your passport

Check the expiry date against your planned arrival date. ICA requires a minimum of six months’ validity from your entry into Singapore, so a passport that is close to expiry may need to be renewed first.

Our checklist asks for a clear, full-colour scan of the biodata page showing your photograph, full name and passport number. A sharp, uncropped scan of the whole page is easier for our team to review.

Travel with your original passport. We ask for a digital copy of the biodata page, not the physical passport.

Photo must meet ICA requirements

Your photograph

These are the photograph points on our requirements page. The photo should match the applicable ICA submission requirements:

  • A recent colour photograph, taken within the last three months.
  • A plain white background.
  • Full face visible and facing forward, with eyes open and facial features unobstructed.
  • A clear, sharp image with a natural appearance and head-and-shoulders framing.
  • No beauty filters, AI-generated facial reconstruction or substantial digital alteration.

Visa validity and length of stay

Applicants often read a visa’s dates as the dates they may stay in Singapore. They are different things, and it helps to understand the difference before you book.

Visa validity

A Singapore entry visa allows an eligible traveller to travel to Singapore and seek entry. Its validity period is the window in which it can be used. It is not the Visit Pass granted on arrival.

Period of stay

The length of time you may remain in Singapore is decided separately by immigration officers when you enter, and is shown on your electronic Visit Pass. It is not tied to the validity period printed on the visa.

Entry is not guaranteed

An approved visa does not guarantee entry. Immigration officers make the final decision at the checkpoint and may ask for supporting documents, such as proof of onward or return travel and sufficient funds.

Entry type and conditions

The entry type, validity and conditions depend on the visa that is issued. We cannot promise a particular validity period or length of stay.

Applying as a family

Travelling with a partner, children or other relatives is common, and the process is straightforward once you know that applications are always individual.

  • One application for each traveller

Each person who needs a visa has their own application, including every child. Prices are stated per applicant.

  • Individual travel documents

Every traveller, including children, must have their own valid, individually issued passport. A child cannot be added to a parent’s application.

  • Evidence may vary

The supporting evidence we ask for can differ with each person’s circumstances. For example, employment or business documents are relevant to working adults. Additional documents may be requested to confirm a child’s travel arrangements or relationship to the accompanying adults.

  • Cancellation applies per application

If you cancel before submission to ICA, the USD $50 cancellation fee applies per applicant and application, including applications for children.

Common preparation mistakes

These are practical points we suggest checking before you submit. They are preparation advice rather than a list of reasons for refusal, which ICA does not generally disclose.

  1. Details that do not match the passport

Check the spelling of names, the passport number and the dates against the passport itself, not against an older document or a booking.

  2. A passport that is too close to expiry

Count six months forward from your arrival date, not from the date you apply. If the passport falls short, renew it first.

  3. An unsuitable photograph

Filters, a coloured background, an old picture or digital alteration can all make a photograph unsuitable. Use a recent photograph taken for the purpose.

  4. Inconsistent travel dates

Your hotel nights, inbound and outbound tickets and stated travel plans should tell the same story. Check them against each other before you submit.

  5. A hotel booking that falls short of our standard

We need at least three nights at a hotel rated three stars or higher. Airbnb bookings and private or company invitations do not replace it.

  6. Incomplete supporting documents

If you are employed or run a business, include the employment or business document from our checklist rather than assuming it is optional.

  7. Mixing up validity and permitted stay

Do not plan your trip around the visa’s dates alone. The period you may stay is set at the checkpoint and shown on your Visit Pass.

Cancellation and refund rules

These are the rules for tourist visa applications. They are summarised here; the full policy is on our Refund Policy page.

Before submission to ICA

Cancelling before we submit

If you cancel your tourist visa application before we actually submit it to ICA, a cancellation fee of USD $50 applies per applicant and application.

The fee is deducted from the amount you paid, and the remaining eligible amount is refunded, subject to applicable law. It is a deduction, not an additional charge.

After submission to ICA

Once the application is submitted

After the application has actually been submitted to ICA, the paid visa service fee is non-refundable, including if the visa is refused or is otherwise unsuccessful, subject to applicable law.

A refusal does not by itself qualify an application for a refund once it has been submitted.

If you believe a payment was duplicated or charged incorrectly, contact us so we can review it. Billing errors and legally required refunds are assessed separately from the cancellation rules above.

Nothing in these rules limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Frequently asked questions from Armenian applicants

Short answers to the questions we expect from Armenian passport holders. They are consistent with the requirements, fee and refund pages on this website.

Do Armenian citizens need a visa for Singapore?

ICA lists Armenia among the countries whose travel-document holders need a valid visa to enter Singapore, and notes that holders of diplomatic passports do not.

Rules can change, so check ICA’s current guidance before you finalise travel plans.

What documents do I need for the application?

You need a copy of your passport biodata page, a recent colour passport photograph, a qualifying hotel reservation, and inbound and outbound travel bookings. Employed applicants add an employment certificate or letter, and self-employed applicants add a business registration document or trade licence.

Additional documents may be requested depending on your circumstances.

View the full requirements

How much does a Singapore tourist visa cost for Armenians?

Our prices depend on the entry type you request and on whether you choose normal or express processing. They are listed in USD per applicant in the table above, and each one already includes the ICA government visa fee and our professional service charge.

View the fee schedule

How long does normal processing take?

We estimate 5–7 working days for normal processing. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and additional checks or document corrections can extend it.

Is express processing available?

Yes. Express processing has a shorter estimate of 3–5 days and a higher price. It does not require ICA or any other authority to decide faster, and it is not a guaranteed completion date.

Will I receive the entry type I choose?

Not necessarily. You request single, double or multiple entry when you apply, but the Singapore authorities decide the entry type, validity and conditions of any visa they issue.

Paying for a particular entry type does not guarantee that it will be granted.

Can my child apply for a Singapore visa?

Yes. A child who needs a visa has their own application and their own passport. A parent or guardian prepares the child’s passport details and photograph, and may be asked for additional documents about the child’s travel arrangements or relationship to the accompanying adults.

Our approved prices are stated per applicant, and there is no separate children’s rate.

Can I apply if I live outside Armenia?

Our service is available to holders of Armenian passports, and our checklist does not set a country-of-residence requirement. What matters is that your passport is valid and that you can provide the documents on the checklist.

The Singapore authorities may still ask for additional information in individual cases.

How early should I apply?

ICA advises applying within 30 days before your arrival in Singapore. You can prepare your documents earlier, and we will coordinate the timing of the submission with your travel date.

Allow enough time for review and for possible additional checks.

Does an approved visa guarantee entry to Singapore?

No. A visa permits you to travel to Singapore and seek entry. Immigration officers make the final decision at the checkpoint, and may ask for proof of onward or return travel and sufficient funds.

The period you may stay is decided separately and shown on your electronic Visit Pass.

What happens if additional documents are requested?

If a correction or an extra document is needed, we contact you by email using the address on your application. Processing continues once we have what is required, so the overall timeline can be longer than the estimate.

What happens if my application is refused?

We tell you the outcome and provide any refusal notification made available to us. ICA generally does not disclose detailed reasons, so we may not be able to explain why an application was unsuccessful.

Once an application has actually been submitted to ICA, a refusal does not qualify it for a refund, subject to applicable law.

Read the Refund Policy

Can I cancel my application?

You can ask to cancel. Before we actually submit the application to ICA, a USD $50 cancellation fee applies per applicant and application, and the remaining eligible amount is refunded, subject to applicable law.

After submission to ICA, the paid visa service fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Read the Refund Policy

How do I prepare a suitable passport photograph?

Use a recent colour photograph taken within the last three months, against a plain white background, with your full face visible and facing forward, and your eyes open. Avoid beauty filters, AI-generated facial reconstruction and other substantial digital alteration.

Our requirements page includes a sample of a correct photograph.

View the photo sample

Can I apply and pay on this website today?

Not yet. Our online application and payment process is not open. Until it launches, this page and our requirements page help you prepare, and we do not take applications or payments through the website.
