Refund Policy

Our Singapore tourist visa application fees are all-inclusive. The displayed amount covers both the applicable ICA government visa fee and our professional service charge.

Cancellation Before Submission to ICA

If you cancel your Singapore tourist visa application before we have submitted it to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), a cancellation fee of USD $50 applies per applicant and application.

We will deduct this amount from the total fee paid and refund the remaining balance to the original payment method where possible, subject to applicable law.

The cancellation fee applies individually to each application, including applications submitted for children.

The cancellation fee is a deduction from the amount you paid. It is not an additional charge on top of the displayed visa price. It applies only to tourist visa applications, and does not apply to SG Arrival Card assistance, which has separate conditions below.

Cancellation After Submission to ICA

Once your Singapore tourist visa application has been submitted to ICA, the total application fee becomes non-refundable. This includes both the ICA government visa fee and our professional service charge.

No refund is provided if the visa is refused, rejected, delayed or otherwise unsuccessful after submission, except where required by applicable law.

Payment covers application-related services and does not guarantee visa approval, any particular visa entry type or permission to enter Singapore.

Our fee covers an optional third-party assistance service for preparing, reviewing, handling and submitting SG Arrival Card information. The SG Arrival Card itself is free when submitted directly through ICA's official channels.

Successful SG Arrival Card submission may result in an acknowledgement from ICA. It does not constitute a visa approval, guarantee immigration clearance, or guarantee permission to enter Singapore.

ICA does not endorse paid third-party SG Arrival Card submission services, and our assistance is independent of the Singapore Government.

This is a separate service from our tourist visa service and is not yet available.

Singapore immigration authorities decide whether a visa application is approved or refused. If an application is refused, we will communicate the outcome and provide any relevant notification made available to us.

Where the visa application has already been submitted to ICA, the applicable total fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

We cannot guarantee that the immigration authorities will disclose detailed reasons for an unsuccessful application.

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate, complete and genuine information.

Incorrect details, missing documents, inconsistent travel information or delayed responses may affect processing or the immigration outcome.

The refund conditions applicable to the purchased service and its processing stage will continue to apply.

If you believe that a payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly or made without your authorisation, please contact us so that we can review the transaction.

Billing errors and legally required refunds are assessed separately from our standard service cancellation policy.

For questions concerning a payment, cancellation or refund, please contact our team with the applicant's name, registered email address and application reference number, where available.

We will review the enquiry according to the service purchased, its processing status, this Refund Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Please do not include full card numbers, passwords or sensitive identity documents in your email. We do not need them to review a payment or refund enquiry.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or restricts any consumer rights, refund entitlements or other remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
