Our services are designed to help eligible travellers with Singapore travel requirements. They include:

• Singapore tourist visa application assistance for eligible travellers;
• document review and preparation;
• application handling and submission through the applicable channels;
• communications about application progress and outcomes;
• SG Arrival Card assistance, when that service is separately launched; and
• other services only where we expressly make them available.

Some services described on our website, including our online application form, checkout and SG Arrival Card assistance, are being introduced progressively and may not yet be available.

We are an independent travel-document and immigration application assistance service. We are not the Singapore Government, and this website is not an official ICA website.

All immigration decisions, including visa approval, visa validity, permitted entry and the period of stay granted, are made by the relevant Singapore authorities.

To use our services, you agree to:

• provide complete and accurate information;
• upload authentic and readable documents;
• make sure all details match your passport;
• check that your travel document is valid for your trip;
• meet the immigration requirements that apply to you;
• provide corrections promptly when we ask for them;
• check your email for messages about your application;
• comply with Singapore's entry rules; and
• make sure that each traveller, including each child, holds the individually issued travel document they need.

Incorrect or incomplete information can cause delays or an unsuccessful application. A refusal does not always mean that an applicant made an error, because decisions are made by the relevant authorities.

Our visa submission assistance is limited to the tourist visa categories, nationalities and travel documents that we accept, as described on our Requirements page. We may not be able to assist travellers who fall outside those categories.

This tourist visa service does not cover work, student or long-term immigration passes.

When our online application service is available, the process works as follows:

1. The applicant completes the online application.
2. The applicant uploads the required documents.
3. The applicant pays the applicable all-inclusive fee online.
4. Our team reviews the information.
5. We ask for corrections if they are needed.
6. We proceed with processing and submission through the applicable channel.
7. We communicate the outcome when it is available.

Our online application and checkout are being introduced progressively and are not yet available. Please see our Refund Policy for the conditions that apply to payments.

Our visa application fees are quoted in USD per applicant and include both the applicable ICA government visa fee and our professional service charge.

The fees that apply to each travel-document category, processing option and entry type are shown on our Visa Fees page.

All processing-time estimates are approximate. They are not guarantees, and additional checks, document corrections and decisions by the relevant authorities can affect when an application is completed.

Express service is a classification of the service we provide. It does not guarantee faster consideration by ICA or a specific decision date. The estimated timeframes for each option are shown on our Visa Fees page.

Please be aware that:

• we cannot guarantee that a visa will be approved;
• we cannot guarantee a particular visa entry type;
• we cannot guarantee a specific visa validity period;
• a visa does not guarantee admission to Singapore; and
• Singapore immigration authorities determine entry and the Visit Pass conditions that apply to each visitor.

An approved e-Visa and relevant updates about your application may be delivered by email. You are responsible for giving us a valid email address and for checking it, including any junk or spam folder.

We cannot guarantee instant delivery, because delivery can depend on the timing of the relevant authorities and on email services outside our control.

The SG Arrival Card is an electronic arrival-information and health-declaration submission, not a Singapore visa or an entry permit.

Submitting the SG Arrival Card directly through ICA's official channels is free. Any amount charged by us for this service is for our optional application assistance, preparation, handling and submission service.

ICA does not endorse paid third-party SG Arrival Card services. Our assistance does not guarantee immigration clearance or admission into Singapore.

This service is separate from our tourist visa service and is not yet available. When it launches, its details will be shown on our website before you pay.

Our refund and cancellation conditions depend on the service purchased and the processing stage.

For Singapore tourist visa applications cancelled before submission to ICA, a cancellation fee of USD $50 applies per applicant/application. The remaining amount paid is refunded, subject to applicable law.

Once a tourist visa application has been submitted to ICA, the total fee becomes non-refundable, including in cases of refusal, rejection or delay, subject to applicable law.

SG Arrival Card assistance fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed, except where required by applicable law.

We may ask you to correct information or provide additional documents before we can proceed, or because the relevant authorities request them. Please respond promptly, because delays in responding can affect processing.

Technical issues, the availability of external services and immigration systems, and other operational interruptions can affect our website and services. We work to keep our website available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

The original content, logos and design of our website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use in connection with your travel planning. You may not copy, republish or reuse our content for other purposes without our permission.

Government materials, names and marks of ICA or other Singapore authorities remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim any ownership of them.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for decisions made by Singapore authorities, or for delays and outcomes that result from matters outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our responsibility for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Please contact us first if you have a concern about our services so that we can review and respond to the matter. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version displayed on our website at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Revisions are not intended to change the terms of services you have already purchased unless you agree or the law allows it.
