What Belarusian applicants should know first

This page is for holders of a Belarusian passport who are planning a short holiday or sightseeing trip to Singapore. It sets out our requirements, prices and conditions in one place, so you can judge the whole process before you start.

Singapore’s Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) lists Belarus among the countries whose travel-document holders need a visa to enter Singapore. ICA says that holders of diplomatic and official passports do not need one. This page deals with ordinary passports. Government rules can change, so check ICA’s current guidance before you pay for anything that cannot be refunded.

We are a private visa application service. We are not part of the Singapore Government and we do not decide applications. We organise the paperwork: we tell you what is needed, check what you send and handle the application once it is complete. The Singapore authorities alone decide the outcome, and nothing on this page is a promise of approval.

How we help with your application

  • A clear checklist

One list of the documents and details each traveller must provide, so there is nothing to guess.

  • A completeness check

We read through your application and files and email you if anything must be fixed or added before we go further.

  • Processing and submission

When your file is complete, we process it and submit it through the applicable Singapore visa application channel.

  • Delivery of the result

An approved electronic visa (e-Visa) is sent to the email address on your application.

Most delays come from small things that are easy to avoid: a surname transliterated two ways, a hotel booking that does not match the ticket dates, a photograph that is too old. A careful half hour before you apply is the cheapest protection against them.

Who our service is for

We serve holders of ordinary Belarusian passports, one of the ten passport nationalities our tourist visa service currently supports. This is how it applies to different travellers.

  • Ordinary passport holders

You need a valid Belarusian passport that meets the six-month validity rule described below.

  • Diplomatic and official passports

ICA says holders of diplomatic and official passports do not need a visa to enter Singapore, so this service is not aimed at them. If you hold any other special-purpose passport, ask ICA directly how it is treated.

  • Adults

Each adult submits their own application and documents, even when travelling with a spouse, relatives or friends.

  • Children

A child needs an individual application and an individual passport. A parent or guardian prepares the child’s details and photograph.

  • Belarusians living abroad

We look at the passport you hold, not the country you live in. Our checklist sets no residence requirement, although the authorities may still ask for more information in individual cases.

Rules set by Singapore (ICA)

  • Every traveller, whatever their age, must hold a valid, individually issued travel document. Collective travel documents are not accepted.
  • Your passport must remain valid for at least six months. ICA’s guidance for Belarus counts this from the day you enter Singapore.
  • ICA advises applying for an entry visa within 30 days before you arrive.
  • A visa is only a pre-entry permission to travel to Singapore and seek entry. ICA officers decide at the point of entry whether to grant an immigration pass.

Rules set by our service

  • The document checklist, including our hotel and ticket standards.
  • Which passport nationalities we accept; Belarus is one of ten.
  • Our prices, processing options and cancellation terms.
  • Our online application process, which has not launched yet.

Meeting our checklist lets us prepare a complete application. It does not oblige the authorities to approve it, and we do not promise acceptance of every applicant.

The documents we need from you

This is the checklist published on our requirements page. Each item says whether it is our own service requirement or is based on ICA entry requirements. We may ask for more depending on your circumstances.

  1. Our service requirement

    Application details

A separate online application for each traveller, children included, once our application opens.

Every detail must agree with the passport and the supporting documents.

  2. Based on ICA entry requirements

    Passport

A clear full-colour scan of the passport data page showing your photograph, full name, passport number and other identity details.

The passport must be valid for at least six months from your planned arrival in Singapore.

  3. Our service requirement

    Hotel reservation

A confirmed reservation covering at least three nights of your trip, at a hotel rated three stars or higher.

Airbnb bookings and invitations from friends, relatives or companies do not replace it. These are our own submission standards, not rules that apply to every visa application.

  4. Our service requirement

    Travel tickets

Confirmed tickets or bookings showing when you arrive in and leave Singapore. Flights, trains and buses are all acceptable forms of booking.

  5. Our service requirement · depends on your circumstances

    Proof of work or business

If you are employed: a recent employment certificate or a letter from your employer.

If you are self-employed or own a business: a business registration document or trade licence.

  6. Photo must meet ICA requirements

    Passport-style photograph

A recent, high-quality colour photograph of each applicant that shows the face clearly and meets the Singapore visa photograph requirements.

A worked example of a passport data page and of an acceptable photograph is on our requirements page.

No single document guarantees a visa. The authorities consider each application individually and may ask for more.

Singapore visa prices for Belarusian passport holders

Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) per applicant and are all-inclusive: each one covers the ICA government visa fee and our professional service charge, which we do not show as separate amounts. The table sets out the normal and express options.

Singapore tourist visa prices in US dollars for Belarusian passport holders, by requested entry type and service
Entry type you requestNormal service5–7 working daysExpress service3–5 days
Single-entry$130 USD$180 USD
Double-entry$140 USD$190 USD
Multiple-entry$170 USD$220 USD

USD per applicant

Before you read the table

  • Every traveller, including each child, is a separate applicant, so the price applies to every application. We have not set a separate rate for children.
  • You request an entry type, but the Singapore authorities decide the entry type, validity and conditions of any visa issued. Paying for one entry type does not guarantee that you will receive it.
  • The table shows final prices in USD only. The government fee and our service charge are not listed separately, and we do not publish prices in other currencies.

Normal and express processing

Both options are estimates of how long our processing should take after your application is complete. Neither is a promised completion date.

Normal service

Estimated processing time

5–7 working days

The standard choice if you are planning ahead and your documents are ready.

Express service

Estimated processing time

3–5 days

A shorter estimate for tighter schedules, at a higher price. It describes our service option and does not require ICA or any other authority to decide sooner.

  • Allow for the 30-day window

ICA advises applying within 30 days before arrival. Gather your documents earlier than that, then agree the submission date with us so the timing fits your travel dates.

  • The clock starts when the file is complete

The estimates run from the point your application is complete. A missing document or a correction request adds to the total time.

  • Outside factors can add time

Additional checks by the authorities, or requests for more information, can stretch processing beyond the estimate.

How the application will work

Our online application has not launched. The steps below describe the process we are building, and only the first can be done today.

  1. Step 1

    Gather your documents

Work through the checklist above and collect the passport scan, photograph, hotel reservation, tickets and any proof of work or business.

  2. Step 2

    Fill in the application

When the service opens, you will complete one application per traveller, with details that match the passport.

  3. Step 3

    Upload and pay online

You will upload the documents and pay for your chosen service through the application. Payments cannot be made on this website yet.

  4. Step 4

    We review and submit

We check the file and email you about any corrections. Once it is complete and verified, we process it and submit it through the applicable Singapore visa application channel.

  5. Step 5

    You receive the decision

An approved e-Visa is emailed to you. If the application is refused, we tell you and pass on any refusal notice we are given; ICA does not usually explain its reasons.

There is no live application form or checkout on this website at the moment. Until it opens, use this page and our requirements page to prepare.

Getting your passport and photo right

These two items are easy to get wrong, so they are worth ten minutes of care. The six-month rule comes from ICA; the other points are our own submission standards.

Based on ICA entry requirements

Passport checks

Count six months forward from your arrival date, not from the date you apply. A passport that falls short should be renewed before you submit.

Scan the whole data page flat and in colour, so the photograph, name and number are all legible.

Use the Latin spelling of your name exactly as it appears in your passport, including the machine-readable lines at the foot of the data page, on every form and booking. Documents written in Russian or Belarusian, such as an employer’s letter or an older ticket, may follow a different transliteration, so check that your tickets and hotel booking carry the passport spelling too.

Carry your original passport when you travel. We ask for a digital copy of the data page, not the physical document.

Photo must meet ICA requirements

Photograph checks

Our requirements page lists the points below, and the image must meet ICA’s photograph requirements:

  • Taken within the last three months, in colour.
  • A plain white background.
  • Face fully visible and looking straight at the camera, eyes open, nothing covering the face.
  • A sharp, natural-looking image framed at head and shoulders.
  • No beauty filters, AI-generated reconstruction or heavy retouching.

Visa validity is not the same as length of stay

The dates on a visa are easy to misread as a stay allowance. The two are separate, and ICA treats them separately.

What the visa is

ICA describes an entry visa as a pre-entry permission to travel to Singapore and seek entry. It is not an immigration pass.

Who decides admission

ICA officers decide at the checkpoint whether to grant an immigration pass. A valid visa does not guarantee entry, and officers may ask for proof of onward travel and sufficient funds.

How long you may stay

Your permitted stay is set by the Visit Pass issued when you enter, which is notified electronically. It is separate from the validity period of the visa, and overstaying is an offence.

What we can promise

Nothing about entry type, validity or stay. These depend on the visa issued.

Travelling together

Group trips run smoothly when you treat each person as a separate application.

  • Separate applications

Each traveller has their own application, children included. Prices are per applicant.

  • Separate passports

ICA requires every traveller, whatever their age, to hold an individually issued travel document, so a child cannot be added to a parent’s passport or application.

  • Evidence differs by person

Proof of work or business applies to adults who are employed or self-employed. For children we may ask for extra documents confirming the travel plans or the relationship with the adults travelling with them.

  • Cancellations are per application

The USD $50 cancellation fee applies to each application cancelled before submission to ICA, including a child’s.

Preparation slips to avoid

These are practical checks, not a list of refusal reasons; ICA does not normally publish its reasons.

  1. A name spelled differently from the passport

Compare the Latin spelling on the tickets and the hotel booking with the one printed in your passport, letter by letter.

  2. Counting passport validity from the wrong date

The six months run from your arrival in Singapore, not from the date you apply.

  3. A photo that does not follow the guidelines

Old pictures, coloured backgrounds, filters and retouching are common problems.

  4. Dates that tell different stories

Hotel nights, inbound and outbound tickets and the dates in your application should all line up.

  5. A hotel booking below our standard

We need three nights or more at a hotel rated three stars or higher. Airbnb bookings and invitations do not qualify.

  6. Leaving out proof of work or business

If you are employed or run a business, attach the matching document.

Cancellation and refunds

These terms apply to tourist visa applications. A summary follows, and the full wording is in our Refund Policy.

Before submission to ICA

If you cancel before we submit

If you cancel before we actually submit your application to ICA, a cancellation fee of USD $50 applies per applicant and application.

We deduct it from what you paid and refund the eligible remainder, subject to applicable law. It is a deduction, not an extra charge.

After submission to ICA

Once ICA has received the application

After the application has actually been submitted to ICA, the visa service amount you paid is non-refundable, including if the visa is refused or otherwise unsuccessful, subject to applicable law.

A refusal alone does not create a right to a refund once the application has been submitted.

“Submission” here means the actual submission to ICA, not our internal review of your documents.

If you think a payment was taken twice or charged incorrectly, contact us and we will review it. Billing errors and legally required refunds are handled separately from the cancellation terms above, and nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Questions Belarusian applicants ask

Short answers, consistent with our requirements, fees and refund pages.

Do I need a visa to visit Singapore with a Belarusian passport?

ICA lists Belarus among the countries whose travel-document holders need a visa to enter Singapore. It says that holders of diplomatic and official passports do not.

Rules can change, so check ICA’s current guidance before you book.

Which documents will I need?

A scan of your passport data page, a recent colour photograph, a qualifying hotel reservation and your inbound and outbound tickets, plus proof of employment or of your business where that applies.

The full checklist is on our requirements page, and we may ask for more depending on your circumstances.

Open the requirements page

My documents use Russian or Belarusian spelling. Which name do I use?

Use the Latin spelling printed in your passport. Make sure the tickets and hotel booking show the same spelling, because a different transliteration of the same name can look like a mismatch.

What counts as a suitable photograph?

It should be recent (within three months), in colour, on a plain white background, showing your whole face looking straight ahead with your eyes open. Filters, AI-generated reconstruction and heavy editing are not acceptable.

An example is shown on our requirements page.

See the photograph example

How much does the visa cost?

Prices depend on the entry type you request and on whether you choose normal or express processing. They are listed in USD per applicant in the table above, and each already includes the ICA government visa fee and our service charge.

View the fee schedule

How long does normal processing take?

We estimate 5–7 working days. This is an estimate, not a promise; corrections and extra checks can lengthen it.

What does express processing change?

It shortens our estimate to 3–5 days and costs more. ICA and other authorities are not obliged to decide faster, and the estimate is not a guaranteed date.

How do I apply for a child?

Each child has their own application and their own passport. A parent or guardian prepares the passport details and photograph and may be asked for documents about the trip or the relationship with the accompanying adults.

The price is per applicant, with no separate children’s rate.

Can I apply if I live outside Belarus?

Our service is open to holders of Belarusian passports, and our checklist sets no country-of-residence rule. You need a valid passport and the documents on the checklist.

In individual cases the authorities may still ask for further information.

Is there a visa-free option if I am only changing planes in Singapore?

ICA runs a separate 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility and names Belarus among the Commonwealth of Independent States countries whose travellers may use it. The conditions include a valid onward air ticket departing within 96 hours, and ICA officers decide eligibility at the point of entry.

It is meant for transit, not for a tourist stay, and it is not part of our visa service. Check ICA’s current conditions before you rely on it.

Read our general FAQ on transit

What happens if the visa is refused, or I cancel?

If ICA refuses the application, we tell you and pass on any notice we receive; ICA does not usually give detailed reasons.

If you cancel before we actually submit the application to ICA, USD $50 per application is deducted and the eligible remainder is refunded, subject to applicable law. After submission, the amount paid is non-refundable, including after a refusal, subject to applicable law.
