What the visa does
ICA describes an entry visa as a pre-entry permission to travel to Singapore and seek entry. It is not an immigration pass.

A file for every traveller
Each person, children included, applies separately and needs their own passport.
This page speaks to people who hold an ordinary passport issued by Kazakhstan and want to visit Singapore briefly as tourists. Requirements, prices and terms are gathered here so that you can weigh the whole process before gathering paperwork.
Singapore’s Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) states that a person holding a travel document issued by Kazakhstan needs a visa to enter Singapore, and that diplomatic, official and service passport holders are exempt. Our service deals with ordinary passports. Entry rules are updated from time to time, so check ICA’s present guidance before committing money that cannot be returned.
We are a private visa application service rather than a government office, and we take no decisions on applications. What we do is explain the requirements, review what you send and handle your application once it is complete. The Singapore authorities alone decide the result, and nothing on this page amounts to a promise of approval.
Everything each traveller must supply, gathered in one list instead of scattered across guidance pages.
We read through the application and uploads and email you if anything has to be fixed or supplemented.
Once the file is complete we process it and submit it through the applicable Singapore visa application channel.
An approved electronic visa (e-Visa) is sent to the address you give in the application.
Rules are seldom the problem. Delays tend to come from a surname transliterated two ways, a hotel booking that does not line up with the flights, or a photograph taken years ago. Checking these before you apply takes minutes; fixing them afterwards takes days.
We accept holders of ordinary Kazakhstani passports, one of the ten passport nationalities our tourist visa service currently supports. Here is how that works in practice.
You need a valid Kazakhstani passport that satisfies the six-month validity rule explained further down.
The word “Kazakhstani” covers every citizen of Kazakhstan, whatever their ethnic background or mother tongue. Only the passport matters to us.
ICA says holders of these three types do not need a visa to enter Singapore, so our service is not built for them. Ask ICA how your own passport is treated.
Every adult has a separate application and set of files, even when travelling with a spouse, relatives or friends.
A child needs a separate application and a separate passport. A parent or guardian prepares the child’s details and photograph.
We look at the passport you hold, not at where you live. There is no residence requirement on our checklist, although the authorities may ask for extra information in particular cases.
Meeting our checklist lets us prepare a complete application. It does not oblige the authorities to approve it, and we cannot promise that every applicant will be accepted.
This is the list published on our requirements page. Every item is marked as either our own service requirement or based on ICA entry requirements. We may ask for more, depending on your circumstances.
Our service requirement
One online application per traveller, children included, as soon as our application opens.
Every detail has to agree with the passport and the supporting documents.
Based on ICA entry requirements
A clear, full-colour scan of the passport biodata page showing your photograph, full name, passport number and other identity details.
The passport must be valid for at least six months from your planned arrival in Singapore.
Our service requirement
A confirmed booking covering at least three nights of your trip, at a hotel rated three stars or higher.
Airbnb and other private accommodation, and invitations from friends, relatives or companies, cannot replace it. These are our own submission standards, not rules that apply to every visa application.
Our service requirement
Confirmed tickets or bookings that show when you arrive in and leave Singapore. Flight, train and bus bookings are all acceptable.
Our service requirement · depends on your circumstances
If you are employed: a recent employment certificate or a letter from your employer.
If you are self-employed or run a business: a business registration document or trade licence.
Photo must meet ICA requirements
A recent, good-quality colour photograph of every applicant that shows the face clearly and meets the Singapore visa photograph requirements.
A sample passport data page and a sample photograph are shown on our requirements page.
Open the full requirements pageA complete set of documents does not guarantee a visa. The authorities assess every application on its own and may ask for more.
Every price is in US dollars (USD) per applicant and is all-inclusive: it covers the ICA government visa fee and our professional service charge, which we do not display as separate amounts. The table sets the normal option beside the express one.
| Entry type you request | Normal service5–7 working days | Express service3–5 days |
|---|---|---|
| Single-entry | $130 USD | $180 USD |
| Double-entry | $140 USD | $190 USD |
| Multiple-entry | $170 USD | $220 USD |

Both figures are estimates of how long our processing should take once your application is complete. Neither is a promised completion date.
Estimated processing time
5–7 working days
Suits you when travel is some way off and your documents are already in order.
Estimated processing time
3–5 days
A shorter estimate for tighter schedules, at a higher price. It describes our service option only and does not require ICA or any other authority to decide sooner.
ICA suggests applying within 30 days of arrival. Start collecting papers sooner, then settle the submission date with us so it fits your itinerary.
Estimates run from the moment the application is complete, so a missing document or a correction request adds days.
If the authorities carry out further checks or ask for information, processing can run past the estimate.
Our online application has not launched. The steps below describe what we are building; today only the first one is possible.
Step 1
Work down the checklist: passport scan, photograph, hotel booking, tickets and, if relevant, proof of work or business.
Step 2
When the service opens, each traveller gets an application whose details must match the passport.
Step 3
You will upload the documents and pay for the service you chose inside the application. Payment is not possible on this website yet.
Step 4
We review the file and email you about any corrections. When it is complete and verified, we process it and submit it through the applicable Singapore visa application channel.
Step 5
An approved e-Visa arrives by email. If the application is refused, we tell you and forward any refusal notice we receive; ICA does not usually give its reasons.
There is no working application form or checkout on this website at present. Until there is, use this page and the requirements page to get ready.
These two items cause the most avoidable trouble. The six-month rule comes from ICA; the other points are our own submission standards.
Based on ICA entry requirements
Measure six months from the day you land in Singapore, not from the day you apply. A passport that falls short should be renewed before you submit anything.
Scan the whole data page flat and in colour, so the photograph, name and number are all readable.
Use the Latin spelling printed in your passport, including its machine-readable lines, on every form and booking. Papers issued in Kazakh or Russian, such as an employer’s letter or an older ticket, may transliterate the same name differently. Make sure the tickets and hotel booking follow the passport.
Carry the original passport when you travel; we ask only for a digital copy of the data page.
Photo must meet ICA requirements
These points are listed on our requirements page, and the picture must meet ICA’s photograph requirements:
The dates on a visa are easily read as a right to stay. ICA treats the two as separate questions.
ICA describes an entry visa as a pre-entry permission to travel to Singapore and seek entry. It is not an immigration pass.
ICA officers decide at the checkpoint whether to grant an immigration pass. A valid visa does not guarantee entry, and officers may ask for proof of onward travel and sufficient funds.
Your permitted stay is set by the Visit Pass issued on entry, which is notified electronically. It is separate from the visa’s validity period, and overstaying is an offence.
A particular entry type, validity period or length of stay. These depend on the visa actually issued.
It is simplest to think of every traveller, whatever their age, as a separate application.
Parents, children and friends each have their own application, and prices are per applicant.
ICA requires every traveller to hold an individually issued travel document, so a child cannot be added to a parent’s passport or application.
Proof of work or business concerns employed or self-employed adults. For children we may request documents about the trip or about their relationship to the adults accompanying them.
The USD $50 cancellation fee applies to each application cancelled before submission to ICA, a child’s application included.
These are practical checks, not a list of grounds for refusal; ICA does not normally publish its reasons.
Set the Latin spelling on tickets and the hotel booking against your passport, letter by letter.
The six months run from your arrival in Singapore, not from the day you submit.
Old pictures, tinted backgrounds, filters and retouching are the usual culprits.
Hotel nights, inbound and outbound tickets and the dates in the application should all agree.
We need at least three nights in a hotel rated three stars or higher. Private accommodation, Airbnb and invitations do not qualify.
If you are employed or run a business, include the matching document from the checklist.
These terms cover tourist visa applications. A summary follows; the complete wording is in our Refund Policy.
Before submission to ICA
If you cancel before we actually submit your application to ICA, a cancellation fee of USD $50 is charged per applicant and application.
It is deducted from the amount you paid, and the eligible balance is refunded, subject to applicable law. It is a deduction, not an additional charge.
After submission to ICA
Once the application has actually been submitted to ICA, the visa service amount you paid is non-refundable, even if the visa is refused or the application is otherwise unsuccessful, subject to applicable law.
A refusal on its own does not give a right to a refund after submission.
“Submission” means the actual submission to ICA, not our internal review of your documents.
If you believe a payment was charged twice or incorrectly, contact us and we will look into it. Billing errors and refunds required by law are handled separately from the cancellation terms above, and nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Short answers that stay consistent with our requirements, fees and refund pages.
According to ICA, holders of a travel document issued by Kazakhstan need a visa to enter Singapore, while holders of diplomatic, official and service passports do not.
Rules can change, so check ICA’s current guidance before booking.
No. It is open to every holder of an ordinary Kazakhstani passport, regardless of ethnic background or the language they speak.
On this point all we need is a valid passport issued by Kazakhstan and the documents on our checklist.
ICA says holders of all three types do not need a visa to enter Singapore, so our service and prices are written for ordinary passports.
Please confirm your own position with ICA.
A scan of the passport data page, a recent colour photograph, a hotel booking that meets our standard and your inbound and outbound tickets, plus proof of employment or of your business where that applies.
The full checklist is on our requirements page; in some cases we may ask for more.
The Latin spelling in your passport. Check that tickets and the hotel booking carry it too, since another transliteration of the same name can look like a mismatch.
No. We need a confirmed reservation for at least three nights at a hotel rated three stars or higher. Airbnb and other private accommodation, and invitations from friends, relatives or companies, are not accepted.
This is our own submission standard. It is not presented as a rule that applies to every visa application.
The price depends on the entry type you request and on whether you choose normal or express service. The table above lists each amount in USD per applicant, and each already includes the ICA government visa fee and our service charge.
We estimate 5–7 working days. That is an estimate, not a promise; corrections or extra checks can stretch it.
Our estimate becomes 3–5 days, and the price is higher. ICA and other authorities are under no obligation to decide faster, and the estimate is not a guaranteed date.
Each child needs an individual application and an individual passport. A parent or guardian prepares the details and photograph and may be asked for documents about the trip or the relationship with the adults travelling with the child.
The price is per applicant, with no separate children’s rate.
Yes, if you hold a Kazakhstani passport. Our checklist has no country-of-residence rule; you need a valid passport and the listed documents.
In individual cases the authorities may still ask for more information.
ICA operates a separate 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility, and its list of Commonwealth of Independent States countries includes Kazakhstan. The conditions include a valid onward air ticket departing within 96 hours and leaving Singapore by air, and ICA officers decide eligibility at the point of entry.
It is meant for transit, not for a tourist stay, and it is not part of our visa service. Check ICA’s current conditions before relying on it.
If ICA refuses the application, we tell you and pass on any notice we receive; ICA does not usually give detailed reasons.
If you cancel before we actually submit the application to ICA, USD $50 per application is deducted and the eligible balance is refunded, subject to applicable law. After submission the amount paid is non-refundable, including after a refusal, subject to applicable law.
Not yet. Our online application and payment are not open, and we do not take applications or payments through the website. For now, use this page and the requirements page to prepare.
Go through the checklist, assemble your documents and check the price of the option you prefer. When our online application opens, you will be able to start without delay.
