The visa itself
According to ICA an entry visa is permission, granted in advance, to travel to Singapore and ask to be admitted. It is not an immigration pass.

Ask for single, double or multiple entry; the Singapore authorities decide what is issued.
One application per person
Every traveller, children included, has an individual application and their own passport.
This page is written for citizens of Kyrgyzstan who hold an ordinary passport and plan a brief tourist visit to Singapore. It sets our requirements, prices and conditions side by side so that you can judge the whole process before you begin collecting papers.
Singapore’s Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) states that a person holding a travel document issued by Kyrgyzstan needs a visa to enter Singapore. It also says that diplomatic, official and service passport holders do not. Ordinary passports are the subject of this page. Because rules can change, read ICA’s current guidance before you spend money that cannot be recovered.
We are a private visa application service. We are not a government office and we do not decide applications. We tell you what is required, review what you send and handle your application once it is complete. The result is decided only by the Singapore authorities, and nothing here is a promise of approval.
The documents and details each traveller must supply, gathered into a single list.
We read your application and uploads and email you if anything has to be corrected or added.
Once your file is complete we process it and submit it through the applicable Singapore visa application channel.
If the visa is approved, the electronic visa (e-Visa) is sent to the email address in your application.
Applications seldom stumble over the rules. They stumble over a name spelled one way on the passport and another on the booking, flight dates that do not match the hotel nights, or a photograph taken long ago. Ten minutes of comparison before you apply removes most of that risk.
We accept holders of ordinary Kyrgyzstani passports, one of the ten passport nationalities our tourist visa service currently covers. This is how it applies to different travellers.
A valid Kyrgyzstani passport that satisfies the six-month rule described below.
Kyrgyzstan’s citizens include many ethnic groups and language communities. We look only at the passport you hold, not at your ethnicity or the language you speak.
ICA states that these three passport types need no visa for entry to Singapore, which is why our service is not aimed at them. Please ask ICA about your own passport.
Every adult has their own application and files, also when travelling with a spouse, relatives or friends.
Each child needs a separate application and passport; a parent or guardian prepares the child’s details and photograph.
What matters is the passport in your hand, not where you live or work. Our checklist has no residence rule, although in some cases the authorities may ask for more information.
Meeting our checklist lets us put together a complete application. It does not bind the authorities to approve it, and we cannot promise that every applicant will be accepted.
This is the list from our requirements page. Each item is marked as either our own service requirement or based on ICA entry requirements. We may request more, depending on your circumstances.
Our service requirement
One online application for every traveller, children included, as soon as our application opens.
All details must agree with the passport and with the supporting documents.
Based on ICA entry requirements
A clear, full-colour scan of the passport biodata page showing your photograph, full name, passport number and other identity details.
The passport must be valid for at least six months from your planned arrival in Singapore.
Our service requirement
A confirmed booking covering at least three nights of your trip, at a hotel rated three stars or higher.
Airbnb and other private accommodation, and invitations from friends, relatives or companies, cannot replace it. These are our own submission standards, not rules that apply to every visa application.
Our service requirement
Confirmed tickets or bookings showing when you arrive in and leave Singapore. Flight, train and bus bookings are all acceptable.
Our service requirement · depends on your circumstances
If you are employed: a recent employment certificate or a letter from your employer.
If you are self-employed or run a business: a business registration document or trade licence.
Photo must meet ICA requirements
A recent, good-quality colour photograph of every applicant that shows the face clearly and meets the Singapore visa photograph requirements.
Sample images of a passport data page and of an acceptable photograph are on our requirements page.
Open the full requirements pageHaving every document does not guarantee a visa. The authorities assess each application individually and may ask for more.
Every amount below is in US dollars (USD) and applies to one applicant. It is all-inclusive: the ICA government visa fee and our professional service charge are both inside it and are never shown apart. Normal and express sit side by side.

The two timings below are our estimates of the working time we need once your application is complete. They are not dates we promise.
Estimated processing time
5–7 working days
Suits travellers who have time before departure and whose documents are ready.
Estimated processing time
3–5 days
Costs more and carries a shorter estimate, for tighter schedules. It describes our own service option; ICA and other authorities are not required to decide any sooner.
ICA advises lodging an entry visa application in the 30 days before arrival. Gather your papers before that window opens and agree a submission date with us that fits your itinerary.
Our estimates are measured from the point at which your application is complete. Anything missing, or any correction we ask for, pushes the total out.
Additional checks, or questions from the authorities, can lengthen processing beyond what we estimate.
Our online application has not launched. The steps below describe what we are building; at present only the first step can be taken.
Step 1
Work through the list above: passport scan, photograph, hotel booking, tickets and, where relevant, proof of work or business.
Step 2
Once the service opens, one application per traveller is completed, with details that match the passport.
Step 3
Documents are uploaded and the chosen service is paid for inside the application. Paying on this website is not possible yet.
Step 4
We check the file and email you about corrections. When it is complete and verified, we process it and submit it through the applicable Singapore visa application channel.
Step 5
An approved e-Visa arrives by email. If the application is refused, we tell you and forward any refusal notice we receive; ICA does not usually give its reasons.
This website currently has no working application form or checkout. Until one exists, prepare with this page and the requirements page.
These two items cause most avoidable problems. The six-month rule comes from ICA; the remaining points are our own submission standards.
Based on ICA entry requirements
Count six months forward from the day you land in Singapore, not from the day you apply. A passport that falls short should be renewed before you submit anything.
Scan the whole data page flat and in colour, so the photograph, name and number are all readable.
Use the Latin spelling printed in your passport on every form and booking. Kyrgyz letters such as ң, ө and ү can be written in Latin script in more than one way (ү as u or ü, for instance), and an employer’s letter or an older ticket may follow a Russian-style transliteration. Make the tickets and the hotel booking follow the passport letter by letter.
Carry the original passport when you travel; we ask only for a digital copy of the data page.
Photo must meet ICA requirements
These points are listed on our requirements page, and the picture must meet ICA’s photograph requirements:
It is easy to read the dates on a visa as the time you may spend in Singapore. They are different things, and ICA keeps them apart.
According to ICA an entry visa is permission, granted in advance, to travel to Singapore and ask to be admitted. It is not an immigration pass.
At the checkpoint ICA officers decide whether an immigration pass is granted. Holding a valid visa does not guarantee entry, and officers can ask for proof of onward travel and enough funds.
The Visit Pass you receive when you enter, notified electronically, determines how long you may stay. That period is independent of the visa’s validity, and staying beyond it is an offence.
We make no promise about entry type, validity or length of stay: those follow from the visa that is actually issued.
The simplest way to plan is to treat each traveller, of any age, as a separate application.
Parents, children and friends each have their own application, and prices are per applicant.
ICA requires every traveller to hold an individually issued travel document, so a child cannot be added to a parent’s passport or application.
Proof of work or business concerns employed or self-employed adults. For children we may request documents about the trip or about their relationship to the adults accompanying them.
The USD $50 cancellation fee applies to each application cancelled before submission to ICA, a child’s included.
These are sensible checks rather than reasons ICA has given for refusals; ICA does not normally publish its reasons.
Compare the Latin spelling on the tickets and hotel booking with the passport, character by character, including how ң, ө and ү were rendered.
The period is measured from the day you arrive in Singapore. The day you submit is irrelevant.
Outdated pictures, coloured backgrounds, filters and retouching come up most often.
Hotel nights, flights or other tickets and the application dates have to tell the same story.
Our standard is three nights or more in a hotel rated three stars or higher; private accommodation, Airbnb and invitations do not meet it.
Anyone who is employed or runs a business should add the matching document from the checklist.
These terms cover tourist visa applications. A summary follows; the complete wording is in our Refund Policy.
Before submission to ICA
If you cancel before we actually submit your application to ICA, a cancellation fee of USD $50 is charged per applicant and application.
It is deducted from the amount you paid, and the eligible balance is refunded, subject to applicable law. It is a deduction, not an additional charge.
After submission to ICA
Once the application has actually been submitted to ICA, the visa service amount you paid is non-refundable, even if the visa is refused or the application is otherwise unsuccessful, subject to applicable law.
A refusal on its own does not give a right to a refund after submission.
“Submission” means the actual submission to ICA, not our internal review of your documents.
If you believe a payment was charged twice or incorrectly, contact us and we will look into it. Billing errors and refunds required by law are handled separately from the cancellation terms above, and nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Short answers that stay consistent with our requirements, fees and refund pages.
ICA says that a person holding a travel document issued by Kyrgyzstan needs a visa to enter Singapore, while holders of diplomatic, official and service passports do not.
Rules can change, so check ICA’s current guidance before booking.
No. It is open to every holder of an ordinary Kyrgyzstani passport, whatever their ethnic background or the language they speak at home.
We need a valid passport issued by Kyrgyzstan and the documents on our checklist.
The passport data page as a scan, a recent colour photograph, a hotel booking that meets our standard, tickets for arriving and leaving, and proof of employment or of your business if either applies.
Our requirements page has the complete checklist, and in some cases we may ask for more.
Exactly as the Latin spelling in your passport reads. Those letters can be rendered in several ways in Latin script, so make sure the tickets and the hotel booking use the same form; a different transliteration of one name can look like a mismatch.
No. We need a confirmed reservation for at least three nights at a hotel rated three stars or higher. Airbnb and other private accommodation, and invitations from friends, relatives or companies, are not accepted.
This is our own submission standard. It is not presented as a rule that applies to every visa application.
That depends on the entry type you request and on whether you choose normal or express. The table above gives every amount in USD per applicant; each already contains the ICA government visa fee and our service charge.
Our estimate is 5–7 working days. It is an estimate rather than a promise, and corrections or additional checks can lengthen it.
The estimate drops to 3–5 days, for a higher price. ICA and other authorities need not decide any faster, and the estimate is not a guaranteed date.
Every child has an individual application and holds an individual passport. A parent or guardian prepares the details and the photograph, and may be asked for papers about the trip or about the relationship with the adults who travel with the child.
Prices are per applicant; there is no separate children’s rate.
Yes, provided you hold a Kyrgyzstani passport. Nothing on our checklist depends on where you live; you need a valid passport and the listed documents.
The authorities may still ask for further information in individual cases.
ICA operates a separate 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility, and its list of Commonwealth of Independent States countries includes Kyrgyzstan. Among the conditions are a valid onward air ticket that departs within 96 hours and departure from Singapore by air; ICA officers judge eligibility at the point of entry.
The facility exists for transit rather than a tourist stay and forms no part of our visa service. Read ICA’s current conditions before you depend on it.
If ICA refuses the application, we tell you and pass on any notice we receive; ICA does not usually give detailed reasons.
If you cancel before we actually submit the application to ICA, USD $50 per application is deducted and the eligible balance is refunded, subject to applicable law. After submission the amount paid is non-refundable, including after a refusal, subject to applicable law.
Not yet. Neither our online application nor payment is open, and the website takes no applications or payments. In the meantime, prepare with this page and the requirements page.
Work through the checklist, collect the documents and compare the price of the option that suits you. As soon as our online application opens you can start straight away.
